Refining Tank

used to get rid of the baleful element in the crude oil, such as odor, acid, gum, color and etc

Instruction1.         Capacity: 5ton/10ton per tank

2.         One tank need 8 hours

3.         Operation

First, the crude oil need preheated using steam (No.2, a and b) in the tank to about ?? degree. At mean time, open the engine to drive mixing shaft (No.5.6.7). Then add some steam into oil to soft the jelly in the crude oil. (No. 3). And then soft water (salt water) (c) .Then stops mixing and make the oil stationary. Then the crude change to two layers: on the top is clean oil and at the bottom it is jelly. Then open the jelly outlet to get rid of jelly (F). And later get the clean oil from oil outlet (F).

4.         Steam: for crude oil, it needs ?kg steam in first two hours. And the temperature is ? degree. Then in future six hours, it does not need steam.

5.         For adding salt, the quantity is ?% of oil, and the thickness of salt is ?% too.

6.         The steam using for softing colloid is about ?kg. This step is also can be omitted and add the salt in the crude oil after heated directly.

7.          The salt will have reflection with the colloid in operation, so it can not be used for recycling.
