1.Our line has 10T hydraulic uncoiler and with loading car, it is convenient to load the coil.

2. It has holder table, which is convenient for the coil from uncoiler to guiding device. And one person can send the coil to guiding device easily .because of holder table.

3. Guiding device. It can make the coil location enter the roll forming machine correctly.

4. It has pre-cutter in front of the roll forming machine, so when you need it, just set the length in PLC and it will cut automatically, which will not produce coil waste.

5. It adopts raft and quick-change casstte structure. If you need to add other profiles, you need just to buy the corresponding quick-change cassttes (with rollers, bushes and so on), you don't need to buy the whole line. In other words, new cassttes can use the same machine structure and other components, and the efficiency is still the same. The line speed is also 25m/min.

Compared with welded structure. the raft structure is more precise, longer life span and more steady.

7. The roller material: alloy steel, quenching, the hardness is heavier, longer life span. (I am sure other suppliers in that price can't give you alloy steel roller with quenching treatment)

8. Automatic stacker, and has pneumatic pushing rollers. It can stack the products after cutting automatically.

9. The cutting device adopts guiding pillar and bush structure, it has better stablity and precise than common structure. And it adopts quick-change type too, so when you produce other profiles in the future, it is very easy to change the cutter blades.

10. The hydraulic valve adopts ATOS brand, PLC adopts SIEMENS brand.

11. It has remote control. One person control the whole line easily.

12. It has whole line safety barrier, which can make the safety in working area.
